A fun social evening learning about and sampling cocktails. You will be introduced the basics of stocking a bar. In a workshop environment you will make a series of popular cocktails and then sit in our showroom with friends enjoying your concoction. Along the way you will learn about the spirits you use and the history of cocktails. Light snacks are served.

Notionally the class is held on the 3rd Friday of each month at our Santa Fe tasting room. However, if we don't have enough students signed up, we cancel that month's class. Class starts at 7:00pm. If you have a group of 15 or more, we offer private cocktail classes at a day and time that works for you.
