Don Quixote Muscat brandy is made sweet Muscat grapes. This spirit was first made by Northern New Mexico missionaries in the 1500's as the first distilled product made in America. We use a copper Alembic Still specially crafted for our high elevation. Barrel aged in French oak for two years this young brandy is soft with slight edge. This spirit is made using the same ingredients and aging style of Pisco Brandy, so enjoy as a substiute in your next Pisco Sour.
