December 2011 Don Quixote Opens Santa Fe Tasting Room Don Quixote Distillery & Winery is pleased to announce the opening of their Santa Fe tasting room. Located in the historic Line Camp, the Santa Fe tasting room offers elegance and sophistication intertwined with the rustic charm of New Mexico/Santa Fe style. Visitors to the new Santa Fe tasting room can sample from the 17 wines, 6 ports and 10 spirits. Visitors can also relax in the sitting area next to a fire, the quite table area, or the outside courtyard while enjoying a glass of wine, port or a cocktail. Located 15 miles north of Santa Fe on US. Hwy 84/285 we are close to both area casinos and other Northern New Mexico wineries. Open from 10:00 to 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday and Noon to 5:00pm on Sunday. Closed on Monday.

Don Quixote Vodkas and Gins proven in competition A prominent New York restaurant recently held a taste-off against American and European vodkas and gins. In addition to large and small American distillers, established European brands such as Grey Goose and Belvedere were also represented. Don Quixote's Blue Corn Vodka and Gin, along with our Spirit of Santa Vodka and Gin all prevailed as competition favorites.
Don Quixote Hosts First On-Site Wedding On a cold and snowy day that shut down most of Northern New Mexico, the Magistrate Judge in her four-wheel drive made it to our winery where our first wedding ceremony was held. From the walk-in bay window the calm presence of the couple was encased in an cascade of snow covered pinon and juniper outside. They were married on December 7th of a Blue Moon month...surely they have luck on their side.
