| Don Quixote Distillery(TM) began in 2001 as New Mexico’s first and only distillery specializing in premium spirits made from New Mexico agricultural products. Don Quixote Winery(TM) was also started in 2001 specializing in port- and table-style wines. |
| We offer quality and product uniqueness. We use grapes from New Mexico vineyards, fruit from New Mexico orchards, and grains from New Mexico farms. We use natural products, such as forest harvested juniper and pinon, and certified organic blue corn. We employ an eco-friendly green manufacturing philosophy in everything we do. We never sweeten, flavor, or texturize our spirits. |
