We make four different wine lines,
  1. Manhattan Project Wines - fruity, slightly sweet unaged wines
  2. City Different Wines - Classic dry, barrel aged wines
  3. Don Quixote Emotions Series - Fruit and flower wines.  Sweet and lightly fortified.
  4. Private Label Wines - Wines from our cellars with your private label.
Red River Red
A wine produced for the ski resort community of Red River New Mexico.

A dry red Merlot and Cabernet blend.  Sold in 750 ml bottles.
Serve at room temperature.
Custom / Private Label Wine Ordering
Because of the way we make our labels and bottle our wines we can
make small custom and/or private label runs.  It typically takes four
weeks from the time we agree on a label design until the specialized
product ready for delivery.  We do require a one case minimum order
on al custom and/or private labels.
Private Label Process
  1. Agree on size and price of private label run.
  2. Agree on “Produced and Bottled by” title.
  3. Develop Label Art.
  4. Apply for federal label approval and if necessary trade name approval.
  5. Print approved labels.
  6. Bottle and ship private label run.
