Our popular “Evening Under the Stars” is back for another season. Held in the courtyard
of our Santa Fe (Pojoaque) tasting room, we combine the romance of Northern New Mexico
deep dark sky with the comforting embrace of a warm pinon fire all wrapped around an
evening of wine & spirits tasting.
Evening Under the Stars provides a relaxing evening around a pinon fire under the New
Mexico stars while sampling from our list of 12 Wines, 6 Ports, 10 Spirits, and assorted
liqueurs while listening to soft music. Glasses of wine and cocktails are also available for
purchase. Our cocktails are made using our own bitters and liqueurs. To compliment your
wine & spirits, we offer gourmet finger foods and specialty desserts.
Evening Under the Stars is built around your desires….from quiet and romantic to casual
conversation with friends no formal program is planned. The New Mexico night is our
vista, the soft music your opera, the smell of the pinon fire your excuse to relax.
The cost for this event is $25 per person. Because space is limited, reservations are
required.
